The name Vuelvo, meaning “I’m Back”, is a reflection of a journey—back to my roots, my culture, and my passion for food. It represents returning to Ecuador, my native country, to the flavors and traditions of Latin America, and also to the influences of Italy and the Mediterranean, where I first began working in restaurants when I arrived in the United States.
At Vuelvo Cocina y Cantina, we bring these inspirations together in a Latin fusion experience. Our cuisine is crafted with respect for tradition and a spirit of creativity, blending flavors from across Latin America with Mediterranean touches to create dishes that are both familiar and exciting.
